16)THE ICE MACHINE HAS BEEN CLEANED. 36)A FOOD THERMOMETER HAS BEEN PURCHASED. 48)THE ESTABLISHMENT IS TEMPORARILY USING CHLORINE SANITIZER UNTIL THE PERMANENT QUAT SANITIZER IS DELIVERED. TEST STRIPS WILL BE DELIVERED WITH THE QUAT SANITIZER. CHLORINE TEST STRIPS WERE LEFT TO BE USED UNTIL THE QUAT ARRIVES. |
